Requests are used to process approvals submitted by dealerships.

Open the Requests section from the Activities menu.

The request list displays all submitted requests, including request status, request type and creator information.

To review a request, open the selected record.

The request form contains all information submitted by the dealership. The displayed information depends on the request type.

For discount requests, detailed information about the vehicle, customer and requested discount is displayed.

Review the request details before making a decision.

Importer users can approve, reject or return a request for clarification.

• Approve – approves the request
• Reject – rejects the request
• Clarify – returns the request to the dealership for additional information

An approval note can be entered before submitting the decision.
